Regular Class

Regular practise will help to burn calories, strengthen the muscles, tone and detoxify your body. This super intense class leaves your body and soul rejuvenated and one can experience self transformation. For the class one needs to pick up a yoga mat, hand towel, bottle of water and comfortable stretchy clothing. The duration of regular class is 60 minutes and is conducted thrice in a week .Quality of life improves significantly and one tends to look forward positively as you feel more fit and energetic all the time. Having said that, poweryoga exercises are not only to improve ones flexibility but it is about challenging ones own limits.
